Operations Process Manager
This position assists with overseeing daily company operations and maintaining data integrity with regard to client services. Candidates must be able to think strategically to design and develop processes that support the day-to-day activities of all departments and clients.
Applying candidates should have strong communication and writing skills and have the ability to easily interface with management and staff on all levels. All candidates need to be proactive in their approach to solving issues, and when finding issues is able to communicate or highlight a problem, drive to ensuring all those involved receive notification of the status and track it toward resolution or result. Experience in using GSuite and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat PDF, WordPress is beneficial. Training will be provided for the selected candidate.
SEO Marketing Coordinator
This position includes the management and maintenance of clients' off-site SEO/directory listings and Google My Business profile. The qualified candidate will be expected to contribute to department projects and keep up with industry trends. As part of the Local SEO department, team members will be working towards accomplishing internal and external goals for our clients and Digital Division.
A BS in communications, marketing, advertising, or related work experience is required. Applying candidates must have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organization skills, and have proactive problem-solving skills. Experience in using GSuite and Microsoft is preferred. Training will be provided for the selected candidate.
